As a budget-conscious traveler, I was impressed by the superior service and modern technology available in each room. The views of the Ancient Town or Hoai River from the windows create a sense of tranquility and immersion in the local culture. Whether you choose a room with a balcony or large windows, you'll feel connected to nature and enjoy the fresh air.

Personally, I found the air-conditioned suites to be a little chilly for my liking. However, I understand that others may appreciate the coolness and find it refreshing during the hot weather.

Our stay was very positive, appreciated particularly good and delicious breakfasts.

The hotel had a marvellous position, very close to everything. Cam Pho district was worth exploring. The room was very affordable and perfectly clean with nice view, and we slept very well.

Greatly enjoyed a warm stay with good location to the ancient town area and a breakfast included. Had an exceptionally good breakfast, an airy room with a pleasant view of the town. A laptop, a seating area and coffee in the room were useful: )

Little Residence- A Boutique Hotel & Spa in Hoi An boasts a fantastic location right by the tranquil banks of the Tu Bon river in Hoi An. Situated close to various restaurants, bars, and street food spots, it provides easy access to all the hustle and bustle of the town. the hotel is also conveniently located near a range of activities in town.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. Our airport transfer was arranged by the hotel and our driver was friendly and spoke good English. The staff at reception were welcoming and offered us a cool drink and refreshing towel. Check-in was prompt and our room on the 7th floor had a great view and a balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning and shower worked well. The breakfast selection was the best we had during our trip, with both hot and cold options, as well as made-to-order eggs. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the old town, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Caroline and Laura, were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room I stayed in had a great view of the town 🌆. It also had WiFi, plenty of electric outlets, and a kettle, which was very convenient. the bed was super comfy too. the service here was friendly, and they served amazing breakfasts. Plus, they also had a heated pool that was perfect for taking a dip in.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, with its Portuguese colonial architectural characteristics and traditional Hoi An touches. The beautifully appointed spaces, with their handsome wood furniture, painted floor tiles, and antique-style rotary phones, transported me back to a bygone era. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with its wide doorways and comfortable seating areas throughout the general areas. It made getting around and enjoying the hotel's facilities a breeze.

If I were to ask for one improvement for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more considerate and patient. While they were generally polite, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more understanding and accommodating of the needs of older guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in a quieter part of town but still close to the city center. It was just over the bridge from the ancient town, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff here provided exceptional service and Clara, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed during my stay. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a balcony with a lovely sitting area. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant where I had a delicious meal. the staff and service at this hotel were outstanding.

Each stay at my favorite hotel is like returning home. The staff even helped me return my forgotten headphones once. With free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge, and a gym, it has everything I need. Can't wait for my next weekend getaway!

I loved being able to explore the local area and then come back to a peaceful retreat.

Personally, I found that the minibar in the air-conditioned suites was a bit limited, but I understand that others might not mind it and still enjoy their stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - it's in a really quiet area but not too far from the ancient town, just over the bridge. Secondly, the staff were incredible. Dora and Anna went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even remembered my name! Lastly, the rooms on the 7th floor had a balcony overlooking a great view of the town. It was a pleasure waking up to that every morning.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.
